The Final Results of the 2nd International Photography Competition “Intangible Cultural Heritage & Youth”

Pursuant of the successful organization of the Centre’s first international photography competition, Tehran ICH Centre proposed its second photo competition entitled “ICH and Youth” and was approved by the Centre’s Governing Council in its 4th meeting. The competition’s secretariat was established in the Centre. Then, the secretariat announced the call for two times. Later, to rate the photos, five judges were selected composing of three Iranian, one Armenian and one Lebanese judges. Totally, 2450 photos were submitted by 711 photographers from 42 following countries: Afghanistan, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Macedonia, Malaysia, Romania, Moldova, Myanmar, Netherlands, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Tajikistan, Taiwan, Turkey, Vietnam, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Turkey.

Among all submitted photos, 67 photos were qualified as top photos. And among these 67 photos, nine (9) ones were selected as the first to ninth-best photos collected

The timing of the award ceremony and exhibition of the selected works of the competition will then be made public through this website.
